We provide technical support to government institutions, local authorities and communities through targeted training, workshops and institutional capacity-building initiatives — helping the Committee for Environmental Protection and other national partners build the systems needed to manage climate finance and development programmes effectively.
Our projects focus on strengthening community resilience to climate change, promoting sustainable agricultural and pasture practices, and supporting landscape and ecosystem restoration across Khatlon, Sughd and GBAO through field-based interventions and baseline research.
We support Tajikistan's National Designated Authority and key stakeholders in strengthening institutional readiness for engagement with the Green Climate Fund — identifying institutional gaps, building technical capacity, and improving how climate projects are prepared, monitored and reported.
We mobilize civil society, local authorities and rural communities through consultations, focus groups and public awareness campaigns — including our work on Tajikistan's NDC 3.0 communication campaign — to strengthen participation in national climate action and environmental protection.
Direct experience delivering assignments financed by UNDP, the Green Climate Fund and the World Bank — including a $536,694 landscape restoration project spanning ten districts and a national GCF readiness programme for Tajikistan's Committee for Environmental Protection.
Field experience across Dushanbe, Khatlon, Sughd and GBAO, with the ability to coordinate activities simultaneously across multiple regions, districts and jamoats — combining national-level institutional engagement with grassroots implementation.
Trusted government and donor partnerships
Ongoing cooperation with the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of Tajikistan, alongside UNDP and World Bank-financed programmes, giving us a track record donors and government partners can verify.
